Volunteer Meal Serving Schedule
IMPORTANT NOTE:  Serving schedules are set 3 months in advance.  While we try to maintain a current schedule, teams sometimes trade dates without reflecting it on the schedule.  Please always check with your Team Coordinator if you are not certain of your group's next serving date.  Thank you.  You may also click here to download a printable copy of the current 3-month schedule.

TIMELINE

9:30 –10:00 (Lunch)
9:00
– 10:00 (Breakfast)
Volunteers arrive and begin to set up and prepare food (if food has been prepared elsewhere and only needs to be warmed up, this could be slightly later). Set up would include organizing chairs and tables, sanitizing tables and high chairs, wrapping silverware, setting up serving line and food preparation.

11:20 (Lunch)
10:00 (Breakfast)
(possibly earlier in the winter months) let clients in so they can sign up (if first time in attendance), register their attendance and share a prayer together.  A member of the serving team should be designated to greet and register clients. 

11:30 – 12:15 (Lunch)

– 10:45 (Breakfast)
Serve the meal.  Entrance door is locked at 10:45 am for Breakfast and 12:15 pm for Lunch.

12:30 – 12:45 (Lunch)

– 11:00 (Breakfast)
All clients should have been served and are requested to leave to allow time for clean-up.
